HOW YOU DO IT:
First, you should buy a server or two. Hook it up to the web. Refer to server setup instructions on how to get it registered. Then, you make sure there%26#039;s a lot of free space, and post a web site to sign up. You have to keep track of the URLs and IP addresses, though. IT%26#039;s a LOT of work, and i mean A LOT!
