I need help with Web site building! I have Yahoo hosting, but I want to find more templates???

I signed up with Yahoo to host my new web site, but I want to find a site that has templates to build it. I know Yahoo has some, but not really what I was looking for, and not the easiest to comprehend either. Does anyone know of a site that I can build my website then down load it to Yahoo, or does anyone know how to do that?

First, as a previous user of Yahoo Web Hosting I%26#039;d like to mention be careful using Yahoo%26#039;s SiteBuilder to design and construct your website (in case you were thinking of it). Once designed with their SiteBuilder you%26#039;re pretty much stuck with Yahoo forever because your website will only work with Yahoo.

Then, most webmasters use either Dreamweaver or Microsoft Frontpage to edit and construct their website.
