How much is a good price for a web design and hosting package?

I%26#039;m just looking for a design and hosting package and don%26#039;t know what a good price would be? I%26#039;m not looking for anything massive. Just a sort of basic 4-5 page site. Thanks.

I would like to suggest following webhosting which I use, they are excellent.

Hostmonster http://www.hostmonster.com/track/ryukend...

They offer hosting of %26quot;unlimited domains%26quot; and you will get massive webspace of 300000 MB (300 GB ). They only charge $5.95/month and they offer %26quot;a free Domain Name%26quot; and installing service called %26quot;Fantastico%26quot;. By using Fantastico, you could create own forum, photo gallery, shopping cart (e-commerce),your own auction site and your own blogs within few seconds. They also offer %26quot;Free Website Builder%26quot; as well.

Visit the site to check details.

Following site is quite good to register domains as price is reasonable with free privacy. Some charge about $5/ year just for free privacy.

Looking at your wants I did some calculating using my standard figures according to www.webdesigningcompany.net I got an estimate of about $2,700 and if you needed monthly maintenance

about $1300/mth thereafter. Report It

Other Replys:hosting can go from anyway 1$ to 5$ a month for you. As for the design it can be:

simple personal page : free

a little biz looking : 5$ - 150$

professional looking : 500$-600$

i am assuming no programming and simple info on each page here anything more will cost more.

for hosting check godaddy anything expensive don%26#039;t even bother

Other Replys:I agree with farzad k. You don%26#039;t have to spend much to get a basic site. Reliable hosting with a do-it-yourself online site building tool could work. Hosting prices 3.95-7.95 per month, domain price no more than $10 per year. Some services, like Netfirms, will give you site building software for signing up.

To have someone design the site for you is where you get into higher pricing. A basic 4-5 page site would cost about $200-$500 depending on what you need.

Other Replys:Anything less than $10 a month is good.

I%26#039;d have a look at

Other Replys:1. Go to http://www.1and1.com/?k_id=9818790

2. Look at their 2.99 a month plan. It even includes a domain. I have several of these hosting accounts and they do everything i need. I%26#039;m sold.

Other Replys:Honestly, if your site is that small you could try something like a free Wordpress blog. Yes, it is technically a blog site but you will get free templates to choose from and they will host your page for free. That and: you don%26#039;t have to pick a template designed for blogging. Just one option!

Other Replys:$4.95 for hosting http://www.JuicyHosting.com

$60 for a template http://www.web-site-templates.biz

Other Replys:http://www.dakotawebhosting.com has a package called website tonight that allows you to design a website online without knowing any prorgamming. If you just want a basic site I would try this.
