Web Hosting?

I dont want to frustrate myself with all these webhosting sites..

I just want to build my own website I have a domain already I just dont know the next steps...and I need a good webhost..thats inexpensive

Web Hosting?

You can find a step by step guide on how to make a website at websites like http://getafreelnacer.com/webdesign.htm

Web Hosting?

If you have a domain name already, hasn%26#039;t it come with any web space for hosting your website?

If you have some webspace, then you can just build a few pages with HTML and upload them.

Other Replys:I used free hosting for a while but came to realize that it is free for a reason. They make their money off pop ups and advertising.

The site that I use is as low as 1.00 a month.

I use the 3 dollar package because it gives you the online web builder.

I say this because of the freebies that they offer.

Message boards, Blogs, Private pages and you do not have to know how to program.

you%26#039;ll need to know how to point the DNS servers to the host, etc.

Depending on how technically minded you are and whether or not you have a Broadband internet package at home the easiest possibly solution for you would be to simply register a domain name with a company such as 1and1.co.uk or 123-reg.co.uk or -here comes the lame plug- http://www.UK2.net ....yes yes I know I work for them but we have sold over a million domains (stop the tut tutting im trying to be impartial here).

Once you%26#039;ve purchased your domain simply %26#039;point%26#039; it at the webspace that came with your broadband package (your ISP should be able to assist you with this part) and your set.

Other Replys:learning how to make website take some time. there are many aspect of it you need to get used to and be familiar with it. for that reason i suggest don%26#039;t buy any hosting or any things yet related to website making. anyhow getting your own domain name is a wise move.

i suggest you find a free host that won%26#039;t put force ads on your site and have a paid plan as well. that shows there are really in web hosting biz and use their free plan to promote their paid services. while you are in the learning process you can search around for hosting plan that would fit your need or getting info on getting traffic to your site.

my recommendation is only get a paid plan once you know how to consistently generate traffic to your site. getting traffic is the hardest part so why waste hosting money while learning it. but to transfer your site to another host is not hard at all so no need to worry about it now. if you need my recommendation of reliable free host go to my site and check out website building section. you also got links to free sites providing tools in making website. hope that helps a bit.

Other Replys:Begin with setting up your own webpage as your current internet provider will provide free hosting as discussed below.

If you are currently a paid Internet subscriber, you are entitled to a %26quot;homepage%26quot; which often contains simple navigation and editing tools. And if you use the Netscape browser, the built-in Composer feature is a superior HTML authoring tool which is totally free. You can easily generate a full-blown website as a Homepage.

Nevertheless, the %26quot;homepage%26quot; URL is likely to be %26quot;http://homepage.earthlink.com/subscribe... name%26quot; and that URL can easily be overwritten via a redirection service, i.e., %26quot;mydomain.com%26quot; which allows you to link any registered domain name to %26quot;mask%26quot; another website. For example, should you type in the %26quot;domain name,%26quot; you will be immediately transported to the homepage and the hompage URL of http://homepage.earthlink.com/subscriber... a homepage URL which will be masked by the domain name. And the charge for the redirection service [even at godaddy.com] is normally FREE.

When you acquire a domain name, connect it using a redirection service [as discussed above] and submit/publish the domain name on major search engines/directories in order for Net surfers to find your website.

Good luck!
